Born on April 15th 1990, this bright young star began her acting career at just 11 years old. Her ten-year acting stint in the Harry Potter films earned her huge international recognition, a massive fan base and millions in her bank account.

Based on the novel of the same name by J. K. Rowling, the first Harry Potter film was released on 16 November 2001 in the UK and USA, by the film studio Warner Bros. The film follows Harry Potter, an orphaned boy who finds out he’s truly extraordinary. At Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Harry meets his two best friends, Ron Weasley (Rupert Grint) and Hermione Granger (Emma Watson). Together the trio learns magic and battles the arch enemy of the wizarding world, Lord Voldemort.
